How will I be scheduled?

Schedules are flexible. Typically, we work around your schedule preference and clients' needs. The only requirement expected of all caregivers is you must work two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per season.

What counties will I work in?

Angels services 13 counties:


You are not expected to drive to every county, but the more flexible you are, the more work you will be offered.

Do you have full-time and part-time positions?

All of our caregiver positions are at-will employees or PRN. Due to constantly changing schedules, hours cannot be guaranteed.

Are benefits offered?

Yes! Angels offers health insurance benefits to employees who meet our eligibility criteria for enrollment. We also offer a 401K, and a longevity bonus is available after one year of service. Based on annual performance, WOW! (Worthy of Wings) awards are given to staff for exemplary service. Additionally, we offer continuing education in home healthcare including HHA licensing.

How much will I get paid?

Angels offers a bi-weekly payroll, as well as direct deposit, to staff members.
